Tallan is a 2020 Power BI Finalist for Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards
We are thrilled to share that we have been recognized as a finalist for the 2020 Microsoft Partner of the Year Power BI Award. To be named by a panel of judges who reviewed over 3,300 entries, from over 100 countries this year is a testament to our Data and Analytics Team’s work.
According to the official press release, “The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognize Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered exceptional Microsoft-based solutions during the past year. Tallan is recognized for providing outstanding solutions and services in Power BI. The Power BI Partner of the Year Award recognizes a partner who has delivered a Business Analytics solution based on the Power BI cloud service.”
Tallan’s CEO, Craig Branning, notes, “We are proud to be acknowledged as a finalist for Power BI 2020 Microsoft Partner of the Year. The project that received this honor was an end-to-end data platform solution that included Power BI’s analytics and reporting capabilities, but more than that, was the beginning of a truly innovative partnership with a very forward thinking public utility organization.”
We would be remiss not to mention that without the innovative minds leading District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water), our customer and partner in this project, the data solution we developed would never have come to fruition. This project was a result of months of work, discovering the analytic and reporting objectives the organization had, prioritizing them accordingly and then building out a robust data platform to support those goals and priorities.
Each cutting-edge piece of technology built and software used was the result of thorough strategy, planning, and development through which business intelligence opportunities are still being identified.

I am proud to honor and congratulate each winner and finalist.”
This acknowledgement is a tremendous honor and we are proud to represent the Microsoft Partner community as well as our client in this achievement.
